|The goal of this program is to encourage people to develop healthy exercise habits. Get out and enjoy the exercise, good health, and the company of your team. This year we will have several award categories. “Most Miles Walked” is always a coveted prize and medals will be distributed to the top three teams. Get creative with your team name as we award the team with the “Most Creative Team Name”. At the individual level, the “Most Valuable Player”, or what we sometimes call the “Spirit Award” will be a returning favorite category. Please nominate an individual who has taken the program to heart and made great strides in improving their activity or somehow motivated you and your team to step up your game. Teams are encouraged to set challenging but attainable goals for themselves. Have fun and be healthy!
